Certified translations (also known as “certified” or “authenticated”) are in paper form and bear the stamp and signature of a translator registered with the Polish Ministry of Justice.
Certified translation concerns official documents (diplomas, certificates, proof of identity, vehicle registration documents, official letters, notarial deeds etc.), court papers as well as authentication of foreign-language copies of such documents.
In accordance with instructions of the Minister of Justice, the standard page of a certified translation in Poland is slightly shorter than in the case of other translations and comprises 1125 characters including spaces.
At the request of the client we deliver documents in paper form in person or by courier, as well as sending the scanned translation via email.
